AOD to 400 mod.
I remember seeing on here somewhere that somebody makes an adapter to use a AOD behind a 400 mod..
I've looked and looked but I can not find it.......
Does anyone remember seeing that ???......and where can I find it ?

AOD to 400 mod.
Art Carr Performance Products part #22600. A custom built torque converter must be used in conjunction with the adapter plate.

Why not stick with the C6? BTW nice Mach 1!!! I have 73 Q Code. C6 auto, Just put Magnum 500s on it , Blue and Siler both spoilers. Sent you an email then looked at your gallery.

Hey mweeps thanks man ........she my baby....first car I ever rode in.........My father brought me home from the hospital in it when I was born...........she's out in my garage now......
the reason I want to run an AOD and not a C6 is GAS !
I'm planning on pulling my 400 out of my hot rod and putting it in my 75 F250 frame....along with an OD trans. with it being a divorced T-case won't be a problem...............then after that, take a week off work and sit my 92 F150 body on it...............making it my daily driver
Ofcoarse that would leave my hot rod with out an engine wouldn't it..................sounds like a good time to go bigger and meaner !

Nice story Johnny. I came home from the hospital in a 73 Fastback, not a Mach 1, but the way it was optioned only thing it was missing was the stripes. It had competiton suspension, 351C, C6 auto. made sure my daughter came home in Mustang too, my sisters 94. Sent you a Pic of my car. later.
