I'm wanting to install one of the Zone Adjustable Track Bars on my 99 early build.
I understand that I will need one of the later model frame brackets to mount it to. Wondering how those of you who have done this have mounted the track bar to the axle. I found one thread where someone described modifying the Skyjacker TB-920 lower bracket to accept the larger bolt, but was wondering if it was possible to simply modify the existing hole to work without spending another $100.
Any tips or suggestions from those who have successfully done this?
I drilled it and ground it to fit the newer track rod...The ford one..
Great! This is what I wanted to hear. The other link is very interesting too, but involves a little more work than I'm willing to do at this point. Just wanted to be sure that it was possible to make the larger adjustable bar work. Thanks!
