Maintence Day
Well yesterday I decided to change the oil in the ole power stroke. It only had 3,000 miles on it but since it is winter and plowing is hard on a truck, plus I figured extra moisture from the winter I went ahead and changed it. I also took my oil sample finally to send off to blackstone.(little nervous about that) That let to greasing the front end and the driveshaft ujoints, which led to checking the transfer case fluid which was dirty, so I drained it and replaced with Mobil 1 syn ATF, which led to checking the sca's in the coolant and doing a maintence dose there. Well long story but it is cool that I spent the day working, but had fun the entire time I was doing it. I love these trucks!!
