I've had the reproduction mirrors. They are not made nearly as well as OEM Ford mirrors. Some whistle at highway speeds, and others vibrate so its hard to see out of them while driving. They are better than beat up or broken ones, but I'd rather have some from a salvage yard.

Yup, everything else is staying. Maybe... and I mean maybe chrome bumpers. But I think it looks great as is. I may have the paint repainted, same color with a gloss coat on it. Maybe a little engine dress up, as in painting the intake and valve cover Ford Blue.
Next thing will be a deep clean of the interior, as in pulling the dash apart and getting all dust out of it. I may also change the green gauge lights to white led.
We'll see. I keep drooling through the LMC truck catalog...
