Swapping rears

I have a 2001 Ford f350 srw and want to swap to a drw system. Any ideas what this will entail?

Swapping rears

You can buy adapter kits to convert the rear axle to dual wheels but the best way is to just swap in a duallie axle. To make the entire truck correct you would want to get the hubs, and other necessary parts for the front so that the front excepts the dual style wheel as well.

thanks for the reply, i figured as much. My problem is finding a ford dealer to do the swap and also certify it for the new gvw. I found the kit for about 1500.00
