Hi guys! Recently my 2002 f250 V10 with 178,xxx miles, starter started making noise after startup. It makes almost like a 2-3 second chatter when cold in the am then goes away. When warm it also makes a slightly shorter chatter. No harsh grinding though. Just took a trip and when the valet went to get the truck it wouldn't start for 2 minutes, then it finally started. Gave me zero warning symptoms. It personally hasn't given me issues but the sound at startup has me worried. Any ideas? I think its the starter...
