Installing a cam

My manual says to remove the grill for installing a cam but doesn't say anything about removing the radiator. I'm thinking i have to remove the radiator?

I would beleve your correct. I don't think the old cam would come out or the new one go in with the radiator still in. I am sure there are exceptions tho.

Actally you don't have to remove the grill .. just the radiator..
the cam will just miss the support beam in the grill ...
