Hey, R.I. I'm running around to EACH of our chapters to ask for some help here. Have a friend who is trying to complete a license plate collection for his neighbor (autistic/special needs boy). ANY & ALL plates are welcome. If you can help, please P.M. me for his address. Below is just what he needs to complete the collection. He'll gladly reimburse postage if needed.
