Looking at a map, assuming about late June/early July and at sunset, that very well may be looking west northwest up King Creek. That's been added to my "places to go" list.

It was a demonstration of the need to properly vent a tanker when draining it .
The atmospheric pressure (14psi at sea-level 2016# per Sq. Ft. 18,144# Sq Yard, Somewhere around 1.5 million pounds for a rail tanker.) will crush a cylindrical shape due to the vacuum that forms from the liquid being evacuated.
