I believe it attaches to the main harness at the drivers side inner fender, and runs down along the drivers side frame rail. You will have to look at the main harness where it comes out on the drivers side firewall grommet and follow it down to where the connector is.

Thanks bud, I'll check it out... in fishing around with the tail lights, it looks like the main wire line the tail lights are hooked into is on the driver's side.

Now you are just milking it...

Maybe I should make you crawl under your truck and get some photos to send me? But, I think I can identify what I'm looking for, I don't believe Ford used 4 different wiring harnesses like they did with transmissions/x-fer cases.

LOL, I don't know what you are talking about.

Ford did some crazy stuff with anything and everything in those years, I doubt even the wiring is that standardized.

Lol, howdy Jim! Yes, I did manage to find a pair of gloves and a buddy's vice, made things less Red Cross Blood Drive friendly.
