Attn: Excursion Owners

There seems to be some conflicting opions on wether the Excursions came with the Child Saftey latch system. Can anybody confirm this for me?

None in our 02 - seems like I remember reading something about ex's being exempt from the fed latch req. Cars & light trucks had to have the latch mounting pts after my02 IIRC
