I wouldn't. Oil passages and bearing clearances are sized for 5w-20. I've read of camshaft phasers starving for oil with higher viscosities. While it seems like thicker oil would be better, it's only a thin film that bearings ride on. Thicker oil in clearances designed for thinner oil won't flow enough to remove heat (oil's other job) from bearings. You might get away with it for a long time but I'll be using 5w-20 in mine. "Maybe" 5w-30.
