My friend said that it is possible to fit a 351 Crankshaft into a 302, (you would just have to change the ball barings) and I was woundering if that is true. (I have a 95 engine in a 93 bronco)

There is more involved than just changing the bearings (they aren't ball bearings BTW), but yes it can be done.
