The install was pretty simple with no cutting just unbolting and bolting on brackets. It took about 45 minutes and that was only because I very picky about having things straight and square.

Yep that might get you a ticket in states requiring a front plate. It looks good but if it's flimsy I wouldn't want it.

I love mine and the Wife averted being thrown out of the house when she "bumped" the garage with the bull bar. Now she's onto scraping the fence in her Sport Explorer. UGH.
Any ideas on lights to mount onto the bull bar? Looking for hardy and bright lights that wont break the bank.

Just installed my Bullbar
I just installed my SteelCraft Bull Bar (STC-71370) that I bought from RealTruck.com.
Helpful hints. There was a thin retaining washer that preventing the 2 bolts on each side of the bumper from being removed on my truck. I had to use a screw driver to prevent the retaining washer from spinning so that the bolt can be un-threaded off of the retaining washer.
Also if you are required a SteelCraft Bull Bar License Plate Relocator Kit (STC-70000) You might consider installing this onto the Bull Bar prior to the Bull Bar being installed onto the truck. It is just easier to remove the allen screw at the bottom of the Bull Bar while it is uninstalled.
The Bull Bar is very good quality.
Price was $265.89 for Bullbar & Lic plate bracket kit.
