My oldest ford 150-350 is a 77 F150 ranger explorer regular cab shortbed with a healthy 460 with alum victor heads with cj valves. C6 trans mild stall converter and 3.89 posi.
I think the oldest truck I have is a 67 F850 Marmon Herrington 4x4 with 401 truck engine (same block as 534)
All are fun rigs. Wish I could drive them all every day

I had to sell and scrap a lot of my 74-79 trucks 5-6 years back cause the town was giving me a very hard time about all the vehicles. Running or not I had to get rid Of them. All said and done 43 vehicles left my property, half were fords.
I feel bad about it but I saved a lot of parts off them all.

I can honestly say that I have never had to purchase brand "x".
No Chevrolet's, no G.M.C.s yet - Yet is the key word. I have found a 1959 G.M.C. 1/2 ton styleside with a NAPCO conversion. This is in original condition with less than 4,000 miles. It is at a local fire station and this will be my first brand X.
I am a Ford person throughout and this will never change.
I also own several Mopar Hemi powered vehicles.

Well my log truck was a great buy. 71 C6500 with air brakes and tall deck 427.
Then the local lumber yard happened to be parking a flatbed dump (with forsale sign) while I was getting lumber loaded onto my car trailer so I asked how much, and before he put the lumber on the trailer I had a price and purchased it.
Then the C6500 wheeler dump truck was a package deal with the freightliner I got....
Then about 5 running Chevy busses for storage, and a few non running ones
That's all I have for other brands I actually use.
I make sure to park them up back out of sight. LoL

In New England you use to be able to run your life as you saw fit, unfortunately we have a great deal of people that feel that they should be more concerned with your business and not their own.
All of my vehicles are now in one building.
And by the way, don't old buses make great storage?
I am still using a 1970 LN-9000 twin screw with a Jerr-Dan equipment hauler. It doesn't see daily use but three to four times a week. A great old truck with a 290 Cummins.
