It's really pretty easy once you start reading and moving around in the forums. Remember to go hang out in the Super Duty forums too. Since I too have an 03 King Ranch Crew with the 6.0, I'm normally in one or the other unless I'm really looking for something specific.
As for the acronyms, your best bet is to ask about the one's you need help with...seriously, you could be here all day just reading acronyms.

I'm not always here asking about a problem just reading up on other peoples troubles so I hate to butt in just to ask what hpop is. I did figure that one out. High pressure oil pump.

A FICM can not read at all. its logic circuit was not programed to do so.
