Maybe the Ford Dealer is right, maybe there is nothing wrong with the truck in terms of the engine itself. If I were you I'd either get some new gearing, or check for some really stupid problem like maybe your brakes are sticking or rubbing on your tires. Jack the truck up, make sure those wheels are spinning good. Otherwise I'm sorry, but I can't think of a thing if you've already made all those repairs.
