Did you ever check the ignition timing? I don’t know maybe I read over it. Exactly what size tires do you have? Hope you find the problem.

Unless you just got a weak truck for some reason,does it seem low on power even when not pulling anything?Compare it to another truck with the same engine and close year and see if its any different..

Maybe the Ford Dealer is right, maybe there is nothing wrong with the truck in terms of the engine itself. If I were you I'd either get some new gearing, or check for some really stupid problem like maybe your brakes are sticking or rubbing on your tires. Jack the truck up, make sure those wheels are spinning good. Otherwise I'm sorry, but I can't think of a thing if you've already made all those repairs.

I'm just thinking on terms of "The trucks had some mileage and was obviously abused in terms of the fuel-filter being clogged and the sparkplug gap, ect."
