Rickybobby.. your truck has a complicated fuel system on it with low pressure pumps in the tanks and a high pressure pump on the frame, and it also has a tank selector valve and fuel filter on the frame as well. For the moment however I'm gonna suggest you just ignore all that since it seems you're getting plenty of fuel to the motor, and instead concentrate on the fuel injectors. You need to get a pressure gauge on the fuel rail so you can see what pressure the system is building and also see if it's holding that pressure, because if it's not it's most likely it's because one or more injectors is stuck open and flooding the engine.
