ford F 250

Could anyone tell me how to remove the headlights from a 96 Ford F 250? It is half full of water and I can't seem to be able to get the headlight out. Just got the truck

Nice link, havent seen that one before. Maybe it should be a sticky. Those headlights are a PITA to remove. They mention the nuts are 11mm, if you dont have an 11mm socket, 7/16" is the same.
