Cool. Right after I posted this I found it. It is the same plug that I steal my keyed power off of for a few things. Thx a lot for saying though. This thing is a lot bigger then I thought but I love it. I am thinking about putting it in the glove box some how. Going to take a look at work tomorrow.
I took out the ashtray and mounted the salt spreader controller in that space. Works great, thinking of getting some diamond plate to cover up the gaps around the controller. Doesn't look bad at all but might finish it off. I like the way it looks butter them I started.
That's exactly where I have my idle controller.... And have a very similar cup holder and collect-all.
Wish I had pics though. My truck is 600 miles away.
So question. Do you guys leave you unit so it powers up every time or do you leave it off? Or am I just dumb and I don't have a choice and it automatically powers up every time?
I thought it was automatic. I thought you could turn it off, but it come back on the next time you cycled the key. I'd leave it on. Its meant for ambulances and towtrucks, so it's fine.

That's what I thought too. But I figured as hard as it was to find one and a good deal that I should ask first.
