Wheel wobble

On my 75 1 ton dump, I have a set of front wheels off a newer ford truck(not sure the exact year) I took off the old split rims for these. Ever since I made the change, The frontend shakes real bad, Sometimes almost enough to loose control. Its not wheel balance, already checked it out. You can see the wheel is not centered on the hub. Should I go back to the splits, or can I make the new rims work?

The newer trucks (not sure which years) have a METRIC bolt pattern that will not fit on our old trucks. I hope you have not torn up your wheel studs. Put the right wheels back on.

Also, some wheels are hub-centric, where the center hole locates the wheel and some are lug-centric, where the lug nuts locate the wheel. And they won't interchange.
