You'll first have to add A/C into your truck, dash venting/tubing, correct compressor, evap., condensor, drier, etc. I would recommend starting fresh and buying a new A/C aftermarket unit. If you wanted it stock, it might even be better to get a whole parts truck. Before you even think about the vents, you need to plumb for em

Sorry for the hijack:

I wasnt expecting everyone to like it, just because this is something no one really does to these trucks. I wanted to mostly focus on the craftsmanship and learning the upholstery part. For starting this project almost a year ago with no prior experience in upholstery, I have no complaints.
I know this is from a couple of years ago, but your work is OUTSTANDING! the interior looks awesome.

hope you come back and post an update.

Wow...

*see what i did there?*

Too bad the OP is gone, he had/has some really great ideas. Probably could have (if he didn't actually) made some dough just selling the ready-to-install french-seam'd vinyl dash covers. Looks waay nicer than a Coverlay...I would've bought one.

I hope he went on to do high-end, high-dollar upholstery work and get paid accordingly...his work certainly warrants being highlighted....soooo....necro-bump to the top.
