Also for the new members to FTE, here is a quick help guide, hope it helps Quick Start Guide
You'll find out here that it's as close to family and friends than any other forum in the world. We talk about everything under the sun...and sometimes beyond that. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I do and become active in taking part in our conversations or just jump on to say a hearty HOWDY. We plan get togethers (GTG) to do meet and greets. It really helps the other members if you can post your first name in your signature. It's easier to remember than screen names. If you notice we also have a Photo Bucket account for Texas Chapter members (the link to it is on my signature)
So in short, make yer' selves at home and if you have any questions at all don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks!! Yep, usually stick to the 7.3 forum. In all the years here, only had the pleasure of meeting one other member.
Gene was down here for a while, but never got a chance to meet up with him. Then he traded off the 7.3 and we don't see him much any more.
Did get to speak with Mark on the phone a few times. Still use the phrase he coined- "Tree huggin' bunny humpers". RIP buddy.

It's not the same without Mark. Having our own grumpy old man in the 7.3 section kept things interesting.

I almost got to meet Gene once. He was staying about 1 1/2 hours away, but the timing wasn't right with my schedule. I can only imagine what he would be like in person.
