I don't doubt that the TPS is putting out a reliable voltage, but a dirty contact inside that device can cause a momentary change in the output voltage just long enough to make the engine stumble a little. At least that's my guess at this point.
I know you can test the TPS with a DVOM but I would think that just driving it down the road with the cruise would be easier (unless you still have the VC's off the engine).
Rock I had a TPS act lime a miss at cruising speed. Mine was fine at idle but started cutting out like a miss around cruising speed but if I put it to the floor it would stop missing and rn fine.
FYI the ones form the part store part #699-200 are junk they last about a year I got a used OEM one from Ian. The only way to get a new one is to buy the whole pedal assembly from they ford wanted $350.00
Here is a quick update
Did the CC runtest on the TPS and there was not a issue with the CC, but the truck still had the stall so I guess that rules out the TPS pedal. I ran it till it warmed up too.
Also I did notice that the stutter is detectable at idle, just ever so slightly. Was not able to tell that the other times and I think that was because it was cold. Its still heavy at 1500 to 2000 rpms. Starting to make me think its a injector issue but no codes on that.
Anyone else have injector issues before with out a code?
I forgot to add earlier HPOP level is good, I drained it some and allowed it to refill. Fuel pressure is around 68 psig which is normal for it.
Seems like I feel two tweaks one soft and one more noticable. I think both are from the passenger side. Need to do a buzz and contribution test and get it the readings that Rick mentioned still. I hate to take it in for those.
Those that offered the over the top help thank you and bare with me. Working 12 hr shifts and my other to do's has me stretched thin...
and the lord knows I can stand to be a little thinner, but not like that. lol
Want to borrow my scan gauge, I'll be gone for the holidays without the truck anyway? I'm making a trip next thursday for three days with the camper but could put it in the mail a week from tomorrow.

Forgive the delay. I must be missing or not getting updates. Glenn thanks for the generous offer. I really appreciate it. If you were closer I would take you up on it. Mike made a simular offer as well. Thanks guys.

Currently there are no codes. 1111 sys pass but thats it.
I ran it for about 20 miles and the issue only surfaces over 1500 rpms. Its not consistant and happens randomly. Anytime over 1500 even up to 3000
Tomorrow we will do some injector testing, I am leaning towards a injector issue on the passenger side. But its hard to find it when it happens so randomly and buzz test have so far shown nothing. Guess I would have to hit it at the right time. So maybe after tomorrow I will have some more info.
Have you tried having a CCT (Cylinder Contribution Test) run on it? I would think if you're suspecting an injector issue, and it is only happening above 1500 RPM that the CCT would show the issue right away.
