paul i know my truck will be a daily driver so now i'm thinking of just changing the headers & intake. my friend however his enginge is gonna scream high rpms & he wants to shoot 150 shot of NOS as well i need to move dirt & lumber with my truck..

those gt40's will get you very close. having said that the cam and intake choice can really make it feel like a real turd with those heads. The choice of valve spring also plays a huge role in this. what cam is in it now ? and is it flat tappet or roller ? whats the specs on the cam you have in it now

my cam specs are similar to this 268/280 dur--509/512 lift the cam card got misplaced during the build. it's a flat tappet cam. like i said i'm gonna change the headers & carb it's already a bad *** ride just want to make it better.
