I finally received my new ScanGuage II. I am struggling with a no-start condition a week after a FICM reflow. I set up the FMP, FVP and FLP xguages to monitor the FICM while trying to start. I have checked and double checked all of the TXD, RXD etc. and the only x guage I am getting any signal on is the FLP. It starts out about .2 volts less than the VLT after the fuel pump and the glow plugs do their thing. FLP drops to 10 after an extended crank (10-15 secs). FMP and FVP get no reading at all. I have looked for chafing and checked the connectors to make sure they are plugged in. Not sure why no readings on FMP and FVP are not showing up. Any assistance would help!

Check the FICM power relay in the fuse panel. Here are the values I entered in the ScanGauge. They all worked on my 04.
KO=KEY ON LI=LOW IDLE HI=HIGH IDLE OR=OPERATING RANGE
FICM Vehicle Power (Volts) (Should be 12 Volts, should not drop below 10.25 for more than 60 seconds, or 9.0 for 4 seconds. TSB 09-24-03)
TXD: 07E02209CE
RXF: 0462450906CE
RXD: 3010
MTH: 006401000000
NAM: FVP
KO=12.0 LI=14.0 HI=14.0 OR=10.5-15.5
FICM Logic Power (Volts) (Should be 12 volts)
TXD: 07E02209CF
RXF: 0462450906CF
RXD: 3010
MTH: 006401000000
NAM: FLP
KO=12.0 LI=13.5 HI=13.5 OR=10.5-15.5
FICM Main Power (Volts) (Should be 47-48) Your FMP should never dip below 45. If it does, your FICM is toast and needs repaired or replaced.
TXD: 07E02209D0
RXF: 0462450906D0
RXD: 3010
MTH: 006401000000

Thanks for the advice. I took my batteries to the dealership to load test. I will get them or new ones tonite and double check the codes again. I will also pull the FICM and double check the harness for chafing again.
