I have a New Bright radio-control (49MHz) toy SD - they're everywhere this time of the year - just for fun. The wheels are not to scale and it doesn't have quite as much torque as the real thing, but it's a cool decoration anyway.
Most of the die cast models out there are for the older 04-07 model year 1.5 generation.

Bumper is not to scale either but still pretty cool.
I will be on the lookout for one myself!
(This is the one right??)
They're on sale at The Source for like $29 right now (and/or Wal-mart). Yeah. There's also a DRW model for like $65-80 though, and it has the nicer front grille. And bed stacks.

The DRW model is 900MHz employing amplitude shift on-off keying, varying pulse widths, and the remote has a built in Li-Po battery pack that charges off the vehicle AA cells.
If you look closer, the R/C model (both of them) retains the 2nd generation 08-10 body style (probably a plastic mold to save on manufacturing costs) but with 2011+ style fender badge stickers. But I'm just nitpicking.

It's close for sure, however, the second one's fender badge is not a sticker. It's molded, I remember looking closely at the store. Also, the headlights are the '11+YM.
