I am throwing this out there at the last minute because I just heard about today, is any body attending this this weekend? Dennis Anderson is going to be there from Grave Digger.

Steve & I'd love to go but we broke the Bronco the last time we were out there. Now, since the front end has to come apart anyway, he's putting on disk brakes.

I sure hope he gets the fronts done before the weather gets hot.

If you do go, have fun, be safe and post a lot of pictures.

Damm I wish it wasn't so far from me. Looks fun. I never been to anything like that and Im sure my boys would go bananas. How do I find these events closer to home?

Thumbs up It was a lot of fun...

809taino, I had heard about it on the radio the day before, it was on a station that I don't normally stay on all the time.

I however did attend with a buddy of mine and had a blast. We did not know what to expect and were not prepared, but we made the best of it. We thought that maybe there were BEER and food vendors there and on the approach my buddy suggested that we buy beer and one of those cheap styrofoam coolers. Excellent call because we would have been there without beer! We did manage to make some friends and she fed us, I had chili and my buddy had hot dogs. We were in an awesome spot where the corner kept hooking hard and we had a lot of rollovers there, including Dennis Anderson with King Sling in the videos.

I am not going to try and post individual pictures here but the link to the whole day's picture is here. There are some videos as well as the bonus on our way back out through Palatka where there was an Oldies Car Show brewing. Then we hit every bar on 17 heading back to Jacksonville ending the night Tebowing.

Looks like you guys had a blast. I was reading that the closest auto store is about 7 miles from camp. What about a gas station? and can anybody make a pass thru the mud or you have to do anything special?

Arrow Under normal circumstances...

809taino, from what inforation that I gathered was that on a normal day that it is a free for all in the pit. And the pit does not normally have the jumps or ramps in it. This was a special weekend that they did time trial racing because of Dennis Anderson being there. They started ripping out the ramps and jumps but no one could tell us if they were going to do the free for all later, definitely it was on Sunday, so we left around 17:30.
