TSBs??

Can someone who knows better than me get me the the full text or pdf of these two GM TSBs. Its for my brother who has 2007 Pontiac Torrent.

TSB# 10022658 (Ref #07224)
TSB# 10021080 (Ref #4260)

1-Campaign 07224 is about the ESC disabling without warning. There is a EBCM reprogram to fix this. If you can post the last 8 of the VIN I can tell if the vehicle is affected or not.

2- This is GM TSB 06-02-32-002. It is just for technician information describing how the electric power steering motor will disable itself if the driver uses it at lock to lock for an extensive amout of time to prevent overheating the motor.
