ID a steering wheel?
No such thing as an optional steering wheel. the following was all that was available. The 1" larger diameter 4 spoke steering wheel was required to steer the 4WD's and F350's.
Same 4 spoke 18" diameter steering wheel: 1961/65 F100/250 4WD / 1961/66 F350 / 1966 F250 4WD / 1967/68 F250 4WD & F350 / 1969/70 F350 with manual steering.
Same 3 spoke 17" diameter steering wheel: 1960/63 Falcon/Comet / 1961/66 F100/250 2WD / 1966 F100 4WD (has coil spring front suspension) / 1966/73 Bronco / 1967/70 F100/250 2WD / 1969/70 F350 with P/S

4 spoke steering wheel Standard Cabs and F500/600 Custom Cabs came with a horn button. Over 90 available NOS.

NOTE: Similar horn rings were used on 1957/60 F100/1100's. Both are chrome w/white paint, have the Gear & Lightning Bolt emblem in the center. One has POWER STEERING marked on it, but...
Neither will fit anything newer than 1960.
I attended the 2008 event when it was held in Knoxville (zoo parking lot). Flew in/out of Charlotte to attend the swap meet, visit Chickamauga/Lookout MT Battlefields and to drive parts of the Blue Ridge Parkway I had missed previously.
Came home with a NOS 3 spoke red steering wheel.
