My headlights cracked one day sometime last year. It was a hot day and they were in direct sunlight. Is there a drain on these headlights somewhere? I couldn't find one when I looked.
Also, the headlights themselves have not cracked to the point that moisture has gotten in. I have no condensation on the inside, or even a speck of dirt for that matter. The drivers side light looks to be worse off. Anybody have this happen before?
Pictures will be up soon. When they first cracked, it was maybe 90F at the time, so not really hot compared to other places. This year never really got hot. It has gotten fairly cold lately, but not too cold either. To put it in perspective, the truck has been in more extreme weather before the headlights started to crack.
So I don't believe that it is fully weather related.
