Cool 2003 f350 electrical issues

I plugged in a trailer to my 7 way receiver and it knocked out my gauges so i figured i had to unplug it and change a fuse, then later that day while driving the truck lost all power. I charged the battery, changed the fuse then had the alternator bench tested and it is still good. But the gauges are still down and the truck wont charge the battery. All of the back lighting works, blinkers, interior lights, head lights, radio, pretty much everything else seems normal... Any help would be appreciated, i can't seem to find out what gives the gauges there power, ford can't tell me that until i spend $150 to get them just to look at it.

All I have is a schematic for a f150.It shows the gauges being fuse #29 (5 amp) hot with key on run or start. The voltage regulator is fuse #19 hot on run or start as well.Do you have power to these fuses with the key on?
