You can always look for NOS on ebay or on partsvoice. If you just need a 6V horn and it doesn't need to be a stock f-1 horn, there are plenty for sale on ebay.
Oh yeah, also check with Ilya (51PanelMan) on this part. He probably has half a dozen old stock horns stashed away, and I know he's cleaning out his garage this weekend so he might cut you a deal!
The horn in my 52 Panel is, I think, the 48-50 style. It's still 6v. PM or email me. I have the correct 51/52 horns for it and don't need the older style.
And since we're talking horns here, just wanted to add that I thought my right side horn was kaput, since only the left was sounding. Turns out I just needed to turn the adjusting screw a bit to make it work. That adjustment is in the Shop Manual on page 276.

Dirt can build up in the space between the diaphragm and the body of the horn. Loosening the adjuster lets the diaphragm move and break up the dirt cake. It helps to take the horn out and bang it on the ground with the trumpet facing down. You'd be surprised what comes out!
