98 Exploder 4.0 Awd?
Bought 98 4.0 awd 145,000 mi. good price good condition (shopping car) Put some miles on and realized it feels like full time front drive from the past. Was hoping to find some manual lock hube but haven't yet. this would free the front from itself and not mess with the electronics. yes to rear wheel spin on demand! I have read the posts about the 65/35 split etc thanks for the advice everyone. was also considering a manual cutoff for the ac compressor as ford thinks they should run about half the time no matter what (how much gas does that eat?) have only had for 2 days but am looking forward to no more 85 crown vic (4 kids) Will be here quite a bit as this is a cool site.
