the wheels can be drilled and bushed to the standard pattern. if they are cheap enough, you could probably swap them for a set of 97 back mags at a salvage yard. i am not sure what it costs to have them drilled and bushed, but i have heard of people doing it. i started to get a set of wheels off of a dually, and found out i could buy new wheels cheaper than the used set off a late model.
I don't think the wheels will work on your hubs. I have a 96 F-250, and, a 77 F-250, and my 96 wheels are hub piloted, the 77 are not. They also have different pilot hole sizes so the 77 wheels will not fit on the 96. I also know that 2000+ wheels will not fit my 96 lug pattern, If I remember right its because they use 7 lugs, not 8, not just different bolt circle. Also FYI the 1/2 Ton Fords went to a 6 lug pattern. So much for keeping things simple.
