auto tranny shift question
i have 00 v10 auto 4x4. has anyone noticed when going about 40-45mph stepping all the way on the throttle engine will kick down and start revving and hit around 3000rpm and kind of hang there for a second or two before it continues to rev?

Nothing to worry about, you're transmission is doing what it should.
What you're experiencing is the torque converter unlocking and then locking again. If you want a really simple explanation on this, go to www.howstuffworks.com and go through the automatic transmission section.
