7.3 exaust problems

hi i just rebuild the turbo on my 99 7.3 and im trying to get it back togather and im having problems, i can get the turbo lined up on the pedistal or i can get the exaust manifold lined up with the turbo but i cant seem to get both on and installed has anyone else had this problem and knows how to help me im afraid that after 3150000 miles the heat has warped my up pipe but im not sure if theres a trick that im missing please help

new to the 7.3 myself, is one of the pipes new? have you loosed everything you can, sometimes you dont have to loosen much to get it off but getting on is a different story.

leave everything a little loose....tighten the up-pipes to the turbo, then tighten the turbo to the pedistal, then the up-pipe to manifold connections. make sure you have the dowel pin lined up on properly on the turbo to up-pipe collector connection.
