brake help

i know this is shows my ignorance, but i need answers, i have a 89' f150 with the 351H windsor it has a 4" superlift but other then that its stock. my rear left wheel cylinder leaks like crazy and i need to replace it but dont know what size drums i have. HELP thanks guys.

best bet may be to pull a wheel and drum. Measure across a brake shoe lining for the width and then the inside diameter of the drum for the dia.
