Gearing ratio?????
There seems to be a few numbers missing, the 73 in the middle leads me to think "3 73" (3.73 open diff) or "3L73" for limited slip. Try posting the axle code from the door jam stick, might have better luck with that. The "10 2" seems like "10 25" which is what axle you have.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunetly' I have a '94 cab on that chasy so the tag on the rear end is all I have. The tag is in good shape and I'm sure that is all that was on it. No missing info. I guess that I can get out there and turn the axle by hand . Any instructions for how to do it?
