I got mine from Ebay. Its 5" Another website that sells international emblems is here Super Scout Specialists, Inc. - Emblems & Name Plates I got my flag sticker to put over the IH emblem from there.

I'd get some of that black chrome wheel paint. Would give it a hair or shine but fit the black white style of the truck.

My wife would say "that grill makes it look like a chevy..."
I think it looks good, but with the rest of your truck all black and white I'd do a nice gloss black, or the black chrome for the grill.
