it sounds like my chassis is flexing and creeking when I turn, or go over uneven road surfaces.
I tightened all the body and bed mounts, noise still exists.
Is this a common problem?
Any advise on what might be making the flexing sounds?
Thanks,

I had a similar problem and found that a bolt on one of the frame crossmembers was loose. Tightly to spec solved the problem for me.
My 92 was making a noise as well, it turned out to be the rubber trans mount. It's a F350 4x4, 460, E4OD, Dump. Haven't ran into this on anything but the F350, my others are fine.

To help diagnose, I had someone (wife) turn the steering back and forth lock to lock. In my case, that would reliably produce the creaking sound which helped me find the source. Being that it was metal conducting the sound, the sound seemed to come from everywhere and anywhere. I eventually just took a torque wrench to each crossmember bolt, and checked their torque. There was 1 bolt that was fairly loose. Tightening it solved the problem for me. It did get loose again about a year later, so if you find that you have this same problem, consider putting a thread locking compound on.
what kind of truck is it ? the noise could be coming from the front end being dry on grease to a crack in the frame ! and like what the others have said ! dry rubber bushings will make a noise also !
