I would like to introduce you guy's/gals to an artist by the name of Parry Johnson. Parry does automotive art, he sells on ebay here's one item, ebay 260869591212 Please check out his prints.
After a few months of corresponding with Parry, I convinced him to draw a 1966 F100. He currently has three colors of the 66 a red a blue and a black. Others have contacted him wanting two tone and trim painted on these trucks. He's also been asked to draw 62 64 and 65 model years. He's been an airbrush artist for about 25 years. He now specializes in automotive art. Many different vehicles to choose from.
He said that the "Slick" has been his best seller, and has generated more comments from the automotive world.
Let me know what you people think of his artwork. I've never met him but hope to meet him one day. I think his work is awesome.
That is very nice work. I bought this print from ebay last year for my father. They can put any lettering in the sign. I chose the junk truck picture but they also have one where the trucks are new on a dealership lot.
Great work! I have seen the ''Print's'' of the 66's on Ebay'' I would sure buy one if it was
a 65! cause that's what I have!..almost bought one of the 66 but I am waiting to see if he will do a 65' in ''Red''...them I'm on it...Really nice work!!
Kinda makes ya wonder why all the trucks he draws have damaged suspension.
He clearly does landscape art as well. In this case he has combined landscape with automotive art. No suspension is damaged in the printing of trucks. He merely brings the landscape "UP" making the trucks look low. Jeeeez OldHarley anyone can see that.
Hey Robert, it's Lance. Just got off the phone with you, nice talking to you. That is amazing art. I think I am going to order a red one....Thanks for sharing that!
Lance
Very sharp work! great color work.
The other artist mention by "first today"; does mostly pencil work; but colors them as well. I purchase the 61-66 group photo several years ago; there's no telling how many other styles he has out!.
