Silverline 6" Aussie cut Black chrome stacks --- I have developed a issue with these and Silverline refuses to warranty, they are less than 1 year old and have had a problem for at least the last 3 months..they (silverline) states 1 year warranty, then tells me to go play in the sand....see pics below
The stacks are spider webbing and it keeps growing.....I would not recomend ANY of silverline products, thier warranty means nothing....
That is not right Joey. A warranty is a warranty. Who was the distributer that you bought them from? Maybe they can help in some way.
Jim,
I bought them through Clay and he has bent over backwards to help resolve this, he even went as far as to offer to warranty them at his expense, i just dont think he should and i wont go that route..Clay said that when he spoke to them, it sounded like they (silverline)know there is an issue but not willing to do anything about it....
Bottom line---Silverline will never see one more penny from me
Not sure if you feel like letting them know that you're posting this troublesome warrantee issue on FTE, which will be see by their possible customers. Just a thought to see what their reaction is or if they even care.

Unless they have an anti-defamation clause in their warranty that would open up a lawsuit for anything negative posted online.
Sure makes me happy that I went with MBRP then. Sorry about your troubles, hopefully you get it straighten out. That shows you how much clay stands behind what he sells.
Well... as for me, Silverline was, let me repeat that... WAS one of the potential companies I would... again, WOULD have considered, but not now. I have no problem with a company making mistakes occasionally, but to then simply say to the buyer "Not our problem" doesn't work for me.
