460efi build

i have a 1990 f350 460 auto 2wheel drive 410 dulliue and im not happy with the performance i did the intake thing removed the snorkles modified the air box for more air bumped the timing up deleted the airpump and cat added 3 1/2 exhaust from a power stroke ok now it smokes the tire but layes down midrange and the top end aint much beter maybe a bit i want more it gets 11mpg in town and i dont care i read all the 460 builds and they say you cant do much with this engine cause its speed dencity well they said that about my 87mustang so the engine smokes a bit a lot when i floor the truck big deal i want to port the heads change the cam 256xe comp cam headers port the fuile heads and instale bigger valves my be 514 the dam thing i need some ideas cuz i know there are guys out there that have played with this combo ..
