I have a digital pattern if you need one. Email me and I will send it to you.

I made mine out of Fiber Reinforced Panels, and it looks great.

That does look good, thanks Randy, I'll keep it on the back burner for now, saving up for paint.

FRP is Fiber Reinforced Panel, available at any home store in the Bath section.

I cut it with a Dremel, but I will warn you blow the Dremel out often. I didn't and the Plastic built up and smoked my Dremel.

I started with a rotozip type bit, but found it hard to control, so I switched to a circular saw type bit.

I have not cut curves in FRP but have cut it face down with a circle saw. Teeth will cut better, maybe a burr for final shaping. A saber saw with the material supported will work.

Plan ahead and go slow.

I didn't some Googling last night on cutting FRP. The general consensus (from plumbers) was that electric shears do the cleanest job. I might buy a set for the project because I've had many occasions where I needed them. $89 for a set from Northern Tool.

If you cut that stuff, you a respirator.

Mike you don't have to buy expensive electric, a set of hand operated aviators will work also.
