update and need help

new GP relay and 1 bad GP replaced, new starter and starter relay, , new FSV, dropped front tank, cleaned and replaced pickup, new injectors and return lines, new fuel lines from front tank to new E-pump and new IP. Why does it still take so long to start? I have to run the e-pump for 3-4 minutes and crank 3-4 times 20 sec ea, 2 minute cool down between. When it does start, if I hit the throttle it doesn't react for 5-10 seconds and when it does it stumbles and acts like it is fuel starved. When I replaced lines I did not replace the sections of metal hard line, but I blew them out with compressed air to be sure they are not blocked. Could it be the filter? I don't think that it has been run long enough for the filter to block up.

If there was slot of buildup it could already be plugged

Filters dont run much. I'd replace it anyways. Have you checked your injection pump? You said you now have a electric fuel pump. How did you bypass your mechanical one?
