drum removal help

I just bought a 71 f750 4x4. I need to remove the wheel seal,and inner bearing. How do i seperate the hub and drum? Or is the wheel seal removed out the back of the drum?

Where is the best place to get the seal and bearing?

Look close at your seals and bearings they usually have the name of the company that made them and thier part number.
Sometimes you can find these things online.

And get to know shops in your area that work on big truck and ask them where they buy thier truck parts. These people sometimes can REALLY help you out of a tight spot with actual help or just info that helps. So treat them right.

Pulled the seal out its marked DT3A-1175-FA, I cant seem to find it anywhere.

Ditto on what 80 broncoman said and napa is always a good back up. Did you try to crossreference on line? Cr seals, national seals etc..

where are you located?

Should be able to pretty easily do a dimensional look up.

Try Fleet pride, grainger, MSC, NAPA (with the right parts guy) etc etc.
