I got a good sunburn at the get together (thanks for the hat - I will cherish it when I work on the truck!) It's tough sitting out on a patio drinking beers in the 80 degree heat - in February!!!!

Ironically, after I left y'all - I pulled up to a gas station in Glendale and sure enough - I guy was pumping gas into his restored, two-toned (white on light blue) 49 Ford F-1 1/2 ton!! Looked pretty damn sweet! He was selling it for $24K (ummmm - no...) but gave me a chance to see what to 'expect' when I get my ride done.

Let me know if there is anything else planned in the near future - although it is Route 66 travel season, I see what I can do!
