E4OD Shift Point Adjustment

Is it possible to adjust the shift points on a E4OD? Mine feels like it is up shifting to quickly from a stop and bogging down. If I shift manually, or start with the shifter in 2nd it is ok. I have a 95 F250, 351, 6" lift, 37" tires, 4.10's in the rear.

The only way the shift points can be changed on an E4OD, and other transmission functions, is with aftermarket tuning.

Did you recalibrate the speedo for the tires? If not the shift points will be off.

X2 Your truck uses a PSOM to divide down the signal from the rear VSS sensor. This PSOM supplies the drive signal to the speedometer/odometer as well as the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Those tires you put on are throwing off the shift point calculations.
