Exclamation help me! 2000 7.3 f350 white smoke

hey guys
so im stuck about 5 hours from home. i just need to know where to start
i filled up about 50 miles before it happened with diesel not bio diesel if that makes a difference. i noticed my truck puffed some white smoke. didnt think anything of it. then bout 30-40 miles later it startred to shut down on the high way so i barley got it into a poliot where i bought some fuel treatment and drained the fuel filter and poured some directly into itand the rest into the tank. i reved it up sounded fine and got back on the road. bad idea lol so it got worst as i drove on shuting down every time i petald it (the turbo would build boost and everything and would sound good) then it would slowly die out lots of white smoke! idk what do to any suggestions? the outter harness are in good shape and everythings pluged in. fuel pump? please let me know what you guys think!
thanks
Cyle

What does the smoke smell like, you say you are building boost fine? Do you have gauges?

I would start with the easy stuff first, open the filter, inspect. Open the drain valve with the engine idling and see what kind of flow you have. Thoughts are restricted fuel.
